Ashley has 23 years experience in Unemployment Insurance. She was a contractor with the state of Texas, as a supervisor for Unemployment Insurance appeals hearing officers for 2 years. She also worked as a contractor with Alabama and Hawaii Unemployment Insurance programs, creating training programs for a virtual workforce to interpret state and federal Unemployment Insurance laws. For 17 years, she worked for the Alabama Department of Labor where she developed training materials, reviewed state performance for federal guality assurance measures, managed and coached staff, conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis, and conducted administrative law hearings. She also has experience working with special programs claims such as Unemployment claims filed by federal
employees and military service members.

Kimberly is a highly experienced attorney with 17 years of Unemployment Insurance experience. She has a deep understanding of Kentucky's Unemployment Insurance system, having worked at the state's commission for over 13 years. She has provided her expertise as a contractor and subject matter expert in Alabama, Texas, and Hawaii. Throughout her career, she has held various roles in the Unemployment Insurance field, including commission appeals attorney, commission appeals attorney supervisor, and attorney hearing officer supervisor. She has represented emplovers in 11 states. Her contributions extend beyond her legal expertise, as she has led state Dept. of Labor social media campaigns, developed training materials, contributed to a prominent Unemployment Insurance newsletter, and produced media content for a reputable TPA. Her comprehensive knowledge and diverse experiences make her a valuable
asset in navigating the complexities of Unemployment Insurance.

As an attorney supervisor contractor for the Texas Workforce Commission, she oversaw attorneys in the impartial Unemployment Insurance appeals tribunal process. Prior to this, Jana served the State of Kentucky for over 35 years, holding roles such as administrative law judge/ Unemployment Insurance referee, disputed claims investigator, and administrative specialist in various branches related to tax and Unemployment Insurance benefit integrity. Jana's extensive background uniquely positions her as a seasoned professional in the field of unemploment insurance, adept at navigating complex legal processes and delivering results.
